Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Support recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and internal policies.
- Handle employee relations and provide guidance to managers on HR matters.
- Maintain accurate employee records and generate regular HR reports.
- Collaborate closely with production and management teams to support business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting (preferably in ready-made garments).
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HR systems (especially ODOO) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
