Human Resources Specialist


    Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day HR operations within a manufacturing environment.
    • Support recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
    • Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and internal policies.
    • Handle employee relations and provide guidance to managers on HR matters.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and generate regular HR reports.
    • Collaborate closely with production and management teams to support business needs.


    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 4–5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting (preferably in ready-made garments).
    • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
    • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in HR systems (especially ODOO) and Microsoft Office tools.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
