    Employment Qualifications:

    • 1–2 years of relevant experience within the healthcare field.
    • Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
    • Must obtain CRCR certification within 9 months of employment.


    Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

    • Background in physician practices and hospital operations.
    • Familiarity with compliance standards and provider relations.
    • Customer service and call center experience is an advantage.
    • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Capable of working efficiently in a remote/virtual environment.
