Employment Qualifications:

- Background in physician practices and hospital operations.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and provider relations.
- Customer service and call center experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of working efficiently in a remote/virtual environment.
