    Responsibilities

    • Convert incoming event and conference inquiries into confirmed bookings to maximize revenue.
    • Actively seek new sales opportunities and upselling possibilities within the team.
    • Manage event schedules effectively to optimize hotel space and profitability.
    • Build strong client relationships to understand needs and encourage repeat business.
    • Conduct hotel site visits and show rounds for potential clients.
    • Handle all administrative aspects of event planning and execution with attention to detail.
    • Participate in hotel marketing and promotional activities to support business growth.


    Qualifications

    Essential Skills:

    • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
    • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
    • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
    • Confident and professional phone manner.
    • High level of computer literacy.
    • Professional personal presentation.

    Preferred/Advantageous:

    • Previous experience in conference and event sales or coordination.
    • Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS).
