Marketing Communications Executive


    Responsibilities

    Creative and Agency Management:

    • Oversee creative agencies from briefing to execution, including managing budgets.
    • Develop bilingual content for both internal and external communications (brochures, emails, flyers, etc.).

    Campaigns and Events:

    • Plan and organize customer activations and events in alignment with sales and marketing goals.
    • Implement partnerships, promotions, and sponsorships to boost brand awareness.
    • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and conduct ROI analysis.

    Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):

    • Identify and develop CSR projects that align with DHL’s global strategy.

    Budget Management:

    • Track department expenses and forecast future budget requirements.


    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Business degree with a focus on Marketing or a degree in Mass Communications.

    Experience:

    • 2-3 years of experience in communications, preferably from the client side.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong communication skills for presenting ideas to peers and third parties.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and long-term projects efficiently.
    • Capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
    • High attention to detail and sensitivity in communications.
    • Bilingual writing skills (copywriting and content writing).
    • Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
    • Creative and analytical mindset with strong content creation abilities.
    • Ability to create simple video content is an advantage.
    • Excellent PC skills and teamwork abilities.
    • Strong interpersonal skills for managing internal and external relationships.
    • Proactive, task-oriented approach with a commitment to high-quality output.
