Responsibilities
- Implement recruitment strategy to attract talent in Egypt.
- Run marketing campaigns to build a candidate pipeline.
- Manage social media presence (content, ads, campaigns).
- Explore new partnerships for talent attraction.
- Coordinate internal brand ambassadors.
- Measure and report campaign success.
- Manage recruitment budget.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Arabic (C1).
- 2+ years in recruitment marketing or employer branding.
- Skilled in social media and Ads Manager.
- Proficient in design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
- Experience in photography/videography (portfolio a plus).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling.
- Data-driven with analytical skills.
