    Main Tasks:

    • Teaching a class for their subject(s) utilizing the supplied lesson plans (may also be asked to create such plans based on the supplied pacing charts as relevant and necessary) so that they can teach using the SABIS®& point system.
    • Based on the timetable and materials given by the department, marking tests relevant to the taught subject.
    • As necessary, have talks with the Head of Department (HOD) and Academic Quality Controller (AQC) about disciplinary and academic performance problems.
    • Ensuring a classroom suitable for learning by using the SABIS® Point System.
    • Guarding tests as required while guaranteeing a fair and well-controlled test environment.
    • Encouragement and motivation to help the academically underperforming kids develop and attain their entire potential are offered here.
    • Following up external examinations preparation by going over old exams as per the structured revision schedule (where relevant to grade levels).
    • Supporting tasks as designated by the school management, which could range from student testing, replacing absent teachers, arranging students for lunch and buses, traffic management (cars and people), and others.
    • Under the direction of the Student Life Coordinator (SLC), preparing and taking part in activity plans linked to student life events—specifically but not limited to art, open homes, and physical education—
