
What Will You Do?
- Prepare and review all types of tax returns (corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, payroll tax, transfer pricing, etc.).
- Ensure the timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings.
- Lead tax planning and optimization efforts.
- Review contracts and transactions for potential tax implications.
- Manage tax inspections, audits, and resolve disputes with tax authorities and consultants.
- Calculate and review tax provisions for inclusion in financial statements.
- Collaborate with accounting and finance teams on tax reporting matters.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the business.
- Identify and mitigate tax-related risks.
- Develop and implement internal tax controls and procedures.
- Provide tax advice and support to cross-functional departments.
- Advise on tax-related clauses in contracts and agreements.
- Prepare tax reports, forecasts, and management summaries.
- Lead or participate in tax-related projects and process improvements.

- Experience in auditing and tax reporting.

What Qualifications Will Make You Successful in This Role?
- 7-8 years of experience in taxation.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- French language skills are a plus.
