    What Will You Do?

    • Prepare and review all types of tax returns (corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, payroll tax, transfer pricing, etc.).
    • Ensure the timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings.
    • Lead tax planning and optimization efforts.
    • Review contracts and transactions for potential tax implications.
    • Manage tax inspections, audits, and resolve disputes with tax authorities and consultants.
    • Calculate and review tax provisions for inclusion in financial statements.
    • Collaborate with accounting and finance teams on tax reporting matters.
    • Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the business.
    • Identify and mitigate tax-related risks.
    • Develop and implement internal tax controls and procedures.
    • Provide tax advice and support to cross-functional departments.
    • Advise on tax-related clauses in contracts and agreements.
    • Prepare tax reports, forecasts, and management summaries.
    • Lead or participate in tax-related projects and process improvements.

    What Skills and Capabilities Will Make You Successful?

    • Strong understanding of financial accounting standards (IFRS).
    • Experience in auditing and tax reporting.
    • In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of tax laws.
    • Experience with SAP systems.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

    What Qualifications Will Make You Successful in This Role?

    • 7-8 years of experience in taxation.
    • Proficiency in English is a must.
    • French language skills are a plus.
