
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the complete talent acquisition process — from obtaining approvals and conducting intake meetings to job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
- Plan and organize internal and external job advertisements, as well as participation in career fairs and recruitment events.
- Maintain precise and updated candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Facilitate effective internal HR communication to ensure coordination and consistency across departments.
- Oversee onboarding activities, ensuring that all orientation sessions and welcome materials are delivered on time.
- Develop and execute an annual employee engagement calendar aligned with both HR initiatives and overall business goals.
- Manage internship programs, educational partnerships, and sponsorship activities as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional HR certification (such as HRMD, SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD) is preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or employee engagement, ideally within a multinational organization.
- Proven ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and support the implementation of engagement strategies.
Key Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment technologies, and ATS platforms (e.g., Taleo, SuccessFactors).
- Solid knowledge of employee engagement frameworks and best practices.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
