
In this Role, You Can Expect To…
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for the MEA region.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior HR leaders to guide candidates through the selection and hiring process.
- Conduct targeted searches using a variety of channels, including internal RMS, external job boards, niche sites, user groups, networking sites, and more.
- Source both active and passive candidates for assigned roles.
- Assist in the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process and ensure positions are filled within the desired timelines.
- Conduct pre-screening assessments for candidates who meet the minimum requirements for open positions.
- Provide hiring managers with detailed summaries of candidates who pass the initial screening.
- Manage the candidate offer negotiation process, in collaboration with hiring managers, while adhering to company policies.
- Proactively recruit to build a talent pipeline for future opportunities.
- Ensure that the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process is exceptional, maintaining high standards of communication, courtesy, and follow-up.
- Effectively communicate our employer value proposition to candidates throughout the hiring journey.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
You Have…
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally in a corporate setting, or a combination of corporate and agency experience.
- Experience sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience managing specialized recruitment programs, candidate management, client management, vendor/agency management, as well as handling immigration policies, legal and compliance issues, compensation, and candidate negotiations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Even Better If You Have…
- Experience with Workday (RMS system).
- Certification or formal training in internet search techniques.
- Previous experience as a high-volume recruiter in a consultative environment.
