    What Will I Be Doing?

    As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that position the hotel as a market leader. Your role focuses on driving new and repeat business, building strong client relationships, and maximizing revenue opportunities across all streams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor local market trends and competitor performance to identify new business leads.
    • Develop and manage customer accounts, traveling locally to grow market share for the hotel/cluster.
    • Negotiate corporate room rates and packages.
    • Create and implement innovative local marketing strategies, including social media campaigns.
    • Prepare and manage hotel contracts in line with current business and pricing guidelines.
    • Work within existing business strategies while identifying new opportunities.
    • Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver outstanding guest experiences and integrated sales programs.
    • Represent the hotel at sales events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
    • Provide accurate and timely reports for the Sales Director and senior management, including business leads, calls, and appointments.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
    • Lead and manage the Sales team, ensuring compliance with company policies.
    • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
