    Job Purpose

    The role focuses on managing and nurturing relationships with VIP and High-Net-Worth clients, ensuring their acquisition, satisfaction, and long-term retention. The position is pivotal in delivering a premium customer experience, executing the sales process with precision, and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the VIP segment.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Proactively engage with potential VIP clients through referrals, marketing campaigns, and assigned leads.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new VIP customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
    • Maintain consistent communication with existing clients to strengthen relationships, enhance satisfaction, and promote loyalty.
    • Coordinate with internal departments (Customer Experience, Product, Finance) to address client needs and deliver top-tier service.
    • Monitor and report on sales performance, client activity, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Manage daily requests, inquiries, and complaints from VIP clients promptly and professionally.
    • Achieve personal sales objectives while contributing to the overall success of the VIP team and strategy.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in sales or client relationship management, ideally within financial services or luxury/high-value segments.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at a senior level.
    • Proficient in CRM platforms and reporting tools.
    • Professional demeanor and a strong customer-centric mindset.
