
Key Responsibilities
Service Management:
- Proactively oversee and resolve HR-related tickets, ensuring efficient and accurate service delivery.
- Validate the necessary approvals for each request.
- Confirm documents against requests for accuracy.
- Ensure proper case management and maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Resolve tickets following quality standards.
- Handle incident escalations and support timely resolutions.
- Update and maintain employee records throughout their lifecycle, working with relevant stakeholders to resolve system issues.
- Perform monthly validations prior to the month-end close to ensure data quality and prevent payment discrepancies.
- Coordinate the Return to Work process, confirming the actual return date for the first working day after leave.
- Complete and validate mass upload templates with required employee details for bulk data requests.
Bonus Plan Administration:
- Maintain accurate bonus plans during the Annual Pay Review (APR) process.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure alignment in the bonus administration process.
Reporting and Audits:
- Generate required reports for stakeholders.
- Support both internal and external audits by providing HR system data.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance within the HR team.
Stakeholder Interaction:
- Engage with senior stakeholders to address HR-related queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
Process Simplification and Data Accuracy:
- Stay up-to-date with internal and external HR updates, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Drive process simplification within HR operations for greater efficiency.
- Ensure data-based decision-making by maintaining accurate HR data management.
Document Handling and Compliance:
- Oversee the Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) process, including drafting contracts, promotion letters, and salary increase letters.
- Securely manage documentation while adhering to data security (GDPR) requirements.
Vendor Management:
- Onboard vendors in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Reactivate vendor accounts to ensure timely processing.
- Create Purchase Orders for third-party services and manage receiving triggers for goods and services.
- Handle urgent and one-time payments for fulfilling Purchase Order needs.
Benefits Administration:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions across various local platforms.
