    We are looking for a Payroll Specialist/Manager to oversee and manage our payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while contributing to our culture of growth and innovation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the end-to-end payroll process for all employees, including salaries, deductions, bonuses, and end-of-service payments.
    • Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
    • Collaborate with Operations to validate attendance, leave, and shift schedules before payroll execution.
    • Partner with Finance to guarantee accurate data integration and reporting alignment.
    • Maintain up-to-date employee records (new hires, resignations, promotions, transfers, and contract updates).
    • Respond to and resolve employee payroll-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Monitor updates in payroll legislation and adjust policies and processes accordingly.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements to boost accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of payroll experience, ideally within the retail sector.
    • Background in managing high-volume payroll across multiple locations.
    • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and tools.
    • In-depth understanding of local labor laws, taxation, and social insurance requirements.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
    • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills.
