What you’ll do
- Execute daily operational duties for Collaboration Domain Services.
- Ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs for collaboration services.
- Successfully complete assigned project tasks within the specified deadlines.
- Lead continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Assist with incident and change management processes according to ITIL guidelines.
Who you are
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Possesses 2–4 years of IT experience, ideally in large-scale production environments.
- Certified in MCITP (SharePoint Server 2010, Enterprise Administrator for Windows Server 2008) and ITIL V3 Foundation (mandatory).
- Additional preferred certifications include MCSE: Server Infrastructure, CCNA, and Microsoft System Center suite.
- Proficient in IIS configuration, troubleshooting, and general application operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on teamwork and ownership.
- Experienced in supporting systems and users from various cultural backgrounds.
