    About Your Job Responsibilities

    Material Planning & Scheduling

    • Convert the overall production plan into a detailed weekly Material Requirements Plan (MRP).
    • Develop and manage material delivery schedules (monthly, weekly, daily) to align with production needs.
    • Monitor production plan changes and adjust material requirements to prevent shortages or excess stock.

    Inventory Management

    • Maintain optimal inventory levels to guarantee uninterrupted material availability.
    • Track incoming materials and prioritize deliveries based on urgency.
    • Control stock levels in both absolute numbers and coverage days, ensuring compliance with safety stock policies.

    Supplier & Procurement Coordination

    • Create and issue purchase orders according to the delivery plan.
    • Share forecasts and material requirements with suppliers, following up on open orders and monitoring delivery performance.
    • Collaborate with the Procurement team to secure timely availability and identify process improvements.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Align phase-in/phase-out plans with stakeholders in line with marketing strategies.
    • Reduce leftover materials and minimize write-off costs through proactive planning.
    • Maintain raw material data in SAP, working closely with cross-functional teams.
    • Ensure data accuracy and readiness before production launches.

    Are These Your Key Ingredients?

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience, ideally as a Materials Planner or in a similar planning role.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
    • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
