    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive Profitable Growth: Contribute to achieving profitable growth and enhancing financial performance within the assigned channel and region.
    • Brand and Customer Marketing Initiatives: Execute localized marketing campaigns, including brand activations, trade shows, customer engagements, and product launches.
    • Commercial Support: Collaborate closely with the Country Commercial team, providing marketing and promotional support to meet business objectives.
    • Event Management: Oversee and manage the activation and customer engagement calendars for local events.
    • Adherence to Global Brand Standards: Ensure all marketing efforts align with and comply with global brand guidelines and standards.
    • Content Adaptation: Modify content from global and regional teams to ensure it resonates with local audiences.
    • Market Insights and Analysis: Identify local trends and consumer demands to generate strategic, impactful recommendations.
    • Success Story Communication: Develop and share success stories to highlight new wins and achievements.
    • Budget Oversight: Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring activations stay within the allocated financial limits.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Sales, Business Development, and R&D teams to create successful, impactful customer engagements.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
    • B2B Marketing Experience: Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the food, beverage, ingredients, or related industries, is a plus.
    • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in both English and Arabic.
    • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders efficiently.
    • Proactive and Results-Oriented: A proactive, results-driven approach with a focus on achieving goals.
    • Analytical Capabilities: Strong proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis, with the ability to present findings clearly through tables, charts, and graphics.
    • Team Collaboration: Strong team player, able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
    • Positive Mindset: A “can-do” attitude and a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
