
Key Responsibilities
1. Subject Matter Expertise for Geography/Solution Portfolio:
- Serve as an expert in the assigned geography or solution portfolio.
- Leverage extensive knowledge of products, services, or platform capabilities to engage in a solution-selling approach.
- Take responsibility for maintaining a deep understanding of the assigned product, service, or platform.
- Keep the Customer Solution Center Lead (CSCL) and Solution Architects (SA) updated on the latest product developments and share accurate solution knowledge to address client opportunities.
- Actively engage with customers, ensuring they benefit from Mastercard’s products and solutions to achieve their success.
2. Support CSC Value Proposition Development and Sales:
- Collaborate with Solution Architects (SA) and CSCL to bring solution expertise into the development of the value proposition.
- Work closely with other sales specialists, with the guidance of SA and CSCL, to create a comprehensive end-to-end value proposition.
- Provide expert knowledge on product implementation and client success throughout the solution-selling process, supporting the CSCL, Account Managers (AM), or Business Development (BD) team when requested.
3. Drive Localization, Market Enablement, and Sales Support:
- Facilitate the introduction of new market capabilities such as SRC, MDES, Contactless, QR, etc., ensuring the market is ready to adopt them.
- Support Account Managers (AM) in their respective markets, offering expert advice and guidance to optimize existing relationships, e.g., offering insights on prepaid card penetration.
- Collaborate directly with client counterparts on non-complex, solution-focused opportunities, offering support when required by the AM.
