Learning & Quality Coordinator


    Position Summary
    At voco™ Cairo Arabella Plaza, the first voco hotel in Egypt, we are committed to creating an inviting environment where guests feel cared for, and our team members are empowered to create memorable experiences.

    We are seeking a Learning & Quality Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in supporting the hotel’s training and development programs while monitoring and upholding quality standards, ensuring service excellence in alignment with IHG’s policies and brand guidelines.

    Key Responsibilities
    Each day at IHG brings something new, but your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Coordinating training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs to foster colleague development.
    • Maintaining accurate records of training and development, ensuring compliance with IHG learning requirements.
    • Assisting in the facilitation of training sessions and supporting departmental trainers.
    • Monitoring guest feedback, audit results, and quality scores, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Developing and implementing learning and quality action plans.
    • Preparing reports on training completions, guest satisfaction, and quality audits.
    • Supporting employee engagement initiatives that encourage learning, service culture, and brand values.
    • Ensuring IHG standards and policies are effectively communicated and understood across departments.
    • Acting as a point of contact for any training and quality-related questions, offering guidance and support to colleagues.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in a 4/5-star hotel environment.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable improvement plans.
    • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and quality tools is a plus.
    • Fluent in English.
