Human Resources Specialist


    Job Overview

    The HR Officer (Affiliate Workforce Management) will be responsible for coordinating the full cycle of recruitment and contract management for both national and international affiliate personnel. The role ensures compliance with organizational policies, promotes a positive work culture, and supports the effective administration of human resources activities.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Recruitment & Hiring Coordination
      • Oversee the end-to-end hiring plan for national and international affiliate workforce.
      • Develop and review Terms of Reference (ToRs) to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
      • Manage job postings and ensure wide dissemination to attract qualified and diverse candidates.
      • Coordinate all stages of the selection process, including scheduling interviews, supporting selection panels, and preparing evaluation summaries.
    • Contract Management
      • Handle the complete contract lifecycle for affiliate workforce through the Global Resource Management System (GRMS), ensuring all required documentation is collected and verified.
      • Monitor contract validity and coordinate with supervisors on renewals or terminations in a timely manner.
      • Maintain accurate records of hours worked to facilitate payment processing for consultants and related personnel.
    • Administrative & HR Support
      • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance for HR-related matters.
      • Support the performance evaluation process for consultants by organizing logistics and documentation for Quarterly Assessment Reports (QARs).
      • Ensure strict confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive HR information.
    • Workplace Culture & Collaboration
      • Contribute to initiatives that promote a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative work environment aligned with organizational values.
      • Encourage knowledge-sharing and the exchange of best practices within the office to foster continuous learning and innovation.
    • Other Duties
      • Perform additional HR or administrative tasks as assigned.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Education:
      Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Planning and Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience:
      Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources management and administration.
    • Language Skills:
      Proficiency in English and Arabic (Level C).
    • Nationality:
      Must be a national of Egypt.
