
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain efficient filing systems.
- Prepare and draft office correspondence using a computer.
- Sort, distribute, and route incoming mail.
- Order and track office supplies and forms for the Human Resources department.
- Answer phone calls and take accurate messages.
- Create and organize new employee personnel files.
- Assist walk-in candidates with the application process.
- Maintain a designated space for completing applications, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and accessible to individuals with disabilities.
- Address inquiries, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company policies, HR programs, and guidelines.
- Report any employee relations issues within the division or property to HR management.
- Safeguard the confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee documentation, including interview records and I-9 forms.

- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
- Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions to the manager.

- Accurately prepare and review written documents.
- Answer phone calls using appropriate etiquette.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting team goals and objectives.
- Listen attentively and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
- Ensure adherence to company quality expectations and standards.
- Access and input work-related information using computers or point-of-sale systems.
- Perform tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: None required.
