    Responsibilities:

    • Make outgoing calls to clients.
    • Respond to client requests through chat, email, and phone calls.
    • Analyze client requests received via chat and email.
    • Resolve conflicts and handle issues effectively.

    Requirements:

    • Arabic language fluency is mandatory; English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
    • Strong verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage various tasks simultaneously.
    • Work effectively in a team environment.
    • Excellent grammar and clarity in both written and verbal communication.
    • Ability to work under stress and maintain composure.
    • High sense of responsibility and accountability.
    • Proficiency in computer applications.
    • Customer-focused with a strong desire to assist and help people.
