    • Sending credit and debit note requests to accounting related to all service and parts topics (e.g.: Dealers’ 8% Parts Margin for Warranty Plus claims, Audatex Cross-Charging, Service Packages Incentive, OTD’s, WMI, warranty claim audit and claim processing, Dealer Bonus Pay-out… etc.)
    • Distributing Debit notes for MB Warranty claims charge back
    • Tracking departmental costs and compiling monthly reports
    • Reporting results to the appropriate departments helps to increase transparency and responsibility.
    • Registration and contract renewal of suppliers
    • Help in the procurement process from documentation intended signatures
    • Suppliers annual POs and invoicing
    • Reporting monthly warranty claims credit to Dealers
    • Follow-up and database upgrades of suppliers
    • Payments under the presidency follow up
    • biweekly submission of RSA fresh retailed VINs
    • RSA quarterly invoicing

    Qualifications

    • Familiar with Microsoft Office programs like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Knowledge of business analysis (Experience in BI tools is advised; examples include tableau, power BI… etc.)
    • Any comparable discipline or bachelor’s degree in business administration /engineering
    • Interpersonal skills with capacity to work under stress
    • Great abilities in communication

    • Process control and reporting
    • Competence in English Language
    • 1-3 years of experience in related fields
