Position Overview
The Inbound Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling incoming calls from customers and providing effective solutions to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This role requires active listening, problem-solving, and occasionally assisting with sales transactions. Reporting directly to the Team Manager, the representative’s primary duties include:
- Responding promptly and professionally to incoming customer calls.
- Actively listening to understand customer needs and concerns.
- Identifying issues, analyzing requests, and providing appropriate guidance or resolution.
- Delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining company standards.
- Meeting both qualitative and quantitative performance targets for the assigned project.
Prior to starting the role, comprehensive training will be provided to ensure full preparation for the responsibilities involved.
