
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 6 months of prior customer service experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Typing speed of 25 WPM or higher.
- Proficiency with desktop computers and familiarity with Windows-based systems.
- Customer service and/or sales background preferred.
- College degree preferred but not mandatory.
