    • 2. Start new customer accounts swiftly and professionally to generate income.

    • 4. Prepare sales records to guide Direct Sales supervisor to show sales performance so that additional choices may be supported.
    • 5. Meet regularly with the Direct Sales Supervisor to go over weekly/daily/monthly sales, goal progress, and status of potential clients.
    • 6. Keeps CIB’s good legal position and helps to reduce any possible risks by adhering to all pertinent CBE regulations, banking law, AML laws, internal CIB policies and code of conduct.
    • 7. Ensures work continuity by following day to day activities linked to own employment in the Sales Channels Department.
    • 8. To ensure that work is performed in a regulated and consistent manner, follows all pertinent department procedures, policies, and standard operating procedures and instructions.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor degree of commerce, business administration or related fields 
    • (0-2) years in retail sales experience
