
Job Purpose
The Accounting Administrator is responsible for performing clerical accounting duties to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of services to the group.
Responsibilities
- Regularly review, update, and maintain accounting files to ensure their accuracy and currency.
- Record data related to credit card receipts and cash bookings, ensuring that any necessary corrections are made and submitting change forms to the accounting department for processing and accuracy.
- Prepare monthly reports and follow up with relevant teams regarding payments and any discrepancies.
- Carry out general administrative tasks such as photocopying, mailing, labeling, filing (both physical and digital), and entering data into systems as needed.
- Manage incoming mail and telephone calls, directing them to the appropriate team members to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Qualifications
Language & Technical Skills
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience
- Zero to one year of experience in a similar role.
