Accounting Administrator


    Job Purpose
    The Accounting Administrator is responsible for performing clerical accounting duties to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of services to the group.

    Responsibilities

    • Regularly review, update, and maintain accounting files to ensure their accuracy and currency.
    • Record data related to credit card receipts and cash bookings, ensuring that any necessary corrections are made and submitting change forms to the accounting department for processing and accuracy.
    • Prepare monthly reports and follow up with relevant teams regarding payments and any discrepancies.
    • Carry out general administrative tasks such as photocopying, mailing, labeling, filing (both physical and digital), and entering data into systems as needed.
    • Manage incoming mail and telephone calls, directing them to the appropriate team members to ensure smooth departmental operations.

    Qualifications

    Language & Technical Skills

    • Fluent in English.
    • Proficient in MS Office.

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

    Experience

    • Zero to one year of experience in a similar role.
