Customer Service Representative


    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • At least 6 months of prior customer service experience.
    • Must be 18 years of age or older.
    • Typing speed of 25 WPM or higher.
    • Proficiency with desktop computers and familiarity with Windows-based systems.
    • Customer service and/or sales background preferred.
    • College degree preferred but not mandatory.

    Work From Home Requirements

    • Internet Speed: Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
    • Connection Quality: ISP must provide stable service with no packet loss and ping under 50 ms.
    • Restrictions: Connections via Satellite, Mobile Data (3G/4G/5G hotspots), P2P, or VPN are not permitted.
