
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the hotel’s comprehensive Marketing Plan and Distribution Strategy.
- Identify and build strong relationships with key business sources across all market segments.
- Explore and secure new revenue opportunities through partnership acquisition programs.
- Lead and manage the hotel’s overall marketing objectives in alignment with business goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and propose corrective actions based on performance and insights from the Cluster Director of Marketing.
- Create and manage digital campaigns and maintain a high-quality visual content library (photos, videos, etc.) to strengthen brand recognition.
- Track marketing performance, adjusting activities, budgets, and priorities as needed to meet objectives.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, inviting influencers and media to boost the hotel’s visibility.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration with luxury brands, media partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Execute both online and offline marketing campaigns targeting specific markets to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain and grow the hotel’s presence in key local and international markets.
- Leverage industry experience and professional networks to lead joint marketing initiatives with other properties in the group.
- Update guest profiles to tailor services and enhance personalization for a memorable guest experience.
- Promote and support the brand’s sustainability goals, including sharing environmental initiatives with clients and incorporating carbon footprint considerations into MICE proposals.
- Actively contribute to environmental responsibility efforts such as recycling and waste management programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Advertising, or a related field.
- Postgraduate education in Marketing or Communications is a plus.
- Strong creative skills, particularly in photography, videography, and creating social media content (e.g., reels).
- Solid knowledge of marketing principles, market trends, and competitor practices.
- Excellent communication skills with advanced proficiency in English.
- Strong understanding of the luxury hospitality sector and customer expectations.
