
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of customer programs or projects, from sell handover to care handover, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
- Manage the full project scope, including timelines, resources, risks, and budgets, while ensuring adherence to Nokia’s methodologies (e.g., PM@Nokia).
- Deliver operational and technical outcomes to the customer, maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout project delivery, handling communications, feedback, complaints, and change requests.
- Conduct proactive risk and opportunity management to ensure successful delivery within budget and profitability forecasts.
- Coordinate and maintain financial consistency, including forecasting of products and services during the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain a clear communications plan, ensuring all stakeholders (internal and external) are kept informed.
- Keep all project-related tools, systems, and documentation accurate and up to date.
- Ensure proper project closure and handover, meeting all contractual obligations, documentation standards, and customer acceptance.
- Identify and support opportunities for contract expansion or renewal, and contribute to pre-sales and sales activities when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of delivering complex programs within budget, scope, and quality expectations.
- Strong expertise in either the security domain or application domain (OSS/BSS).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage senior-level (CxO) customer relationships.
- Strong leadership, team coordination, and stakeholder management skills in high-pressure environments.
- Ability to align cross-functional teams and drive project success across diverse technical and business areas.
Nice to have
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends in telecommunications and networking.
