Overview
- Responsible for assessing and ensuring market and product delivery readiness in collaboration with the Global Products & Solutions (GP&S) team.
- Manages the project delivery of new, complex products, platforms, and services.
- Partners closely with sales teams to define client solutions clearly and develop implementation plans accordingly.
- Serves as a subject matter expert on new and complex products, providing guidance on the most effective delivery approaches.
- Oversees the creation of delivery process maps that outline all involved assets, teams, and functions required for seamless coordination.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the project manager and lead resource for small to mid-sized product delivery initiatives.
- Support the product delivery lifecycle by developing process maps and completing assigned project-related tasks.
- Contribute to the delivery of integrated solutions tailored to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Delivery teams, internal stakeholders, and regional partners to provide delivery support in specific markets.
- Research and resolve complex issues, responding to internal and customer inquiries related to products and tools.
- Analyze data from product delivery activities and report on performance metrics and success outcomes.
- Identify customer needs and support the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions addressing those needs.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with teams across Product and Technology to ensure efficient project execution and customer support.
Experience and Qualifications
- Moderate experience in financial services, payment solutions, card programs, or related industries.
- Solid understanding of Mastercard’s product delivery framework and processes.
- Experience working both at Mastercard offices and on client sites.
