Our Guest Arrival Experts are key in ensuring that these moments are memorable and special. They take the initiative to provide a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Whether handling operational tasks, responding to guest requests, preparing reports, or providing guests with local information, the Guest Arrival Expert ensures that all interactions contribute to the overall experience. They are empowered to move around their designated area and take the necessary actions to meet guest needs.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests, making them feel welcomed from arrival to departure.
- Address guest needs promptly, ensuring satisfaction with their stay.
- Handle operational tasks such as processing requests, completing reports, and sharing local recommendations.
- Move about freely within the designated space and complete tasks as needed, from managing operational requirements to addressing special requests.
- Maintain a professional appearance, follow company policies, and ensure all interactions are respectful and in line with quality standards.
- Ensure confidentiality, protect company assets, and contribute to a safe and welcoming environment.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Will be required to lift, carry, push, pull, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted, and more than 75 pounds with assistance.
- Perform other related tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the guest experience.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
