
Job Description
- Ensure the consistent performance and compliance of all operational areas by monitoring and maintaining quality assurance processes.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and root cause analyses to identify deviations or nonconformities, and take corrective actions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards, industry regulations, and internal quality policies.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to address and resolve quality-related issues.
- Lead initiatives focused on continuous improvement to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in quality operations, quality assurance, or manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
