A Day in the Life…
- Advocate for Nestlé’s belief that breastfeeding is the best option for babies, emphasizing that breastfeeding is recommended over all other infant feeding alternatives.
- Provide accurate and reliable information on infant nutrition and feeding practices to medical and paramedical professionals, in alignment with current detailing objectives and materials, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in these areas.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating scientific meetings on product knowledge, nutrition, or related topics for medical and paramedical professionals, including sponsoring meetings and inviting guest lecturers.
- Maintain an up-to-date master list of all contacts in your assigned territory, categorizing them by relevance and interest, and completing regular call reports.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities, including new products, communication strategies, and market trends, to the Medical Field Manager.
- Keep detailed records of all correspondence and actions taken during daily activities.
- Ensure full compliance with the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk Substitutes, as well as Nestlé’s policies and local regulations, in all activities.
- Adhere strictly to Nestlé’s policy that its marketing and sales personnel will not contact, provide advice to, or engage with pregnant women or mothers of infants and young children about infant formula.
What Will Make You Successful:
- 1–3 years of experience, preferably as a Medical Delegate with a focus on pediatrics.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including to remote areas.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must own a car.
