
In this role, you will:
- Identify customer needs by applying B.TECH sales procedures, offering a range of products and services, and discussing available promotions to match their requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by diligently following up on their requests and coordinating with other stakeholders until the service is fully delivered.
- Address customer complaints in a professional and composed manner, ensuring resolution.
- Share responsibility for inventory accuracy and product safety, reporting any discrepancies to support efficient stock management and maintenance.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge, including features, benefits, and overall value to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Uphold B.TECH standards by adhering to company policies and procedures, such as dress code, floor behavior, sales policies, and the code of conduct, ensuring the company’s image is maintained.
- Manage the invoicing process in alignment with B.TECH sales standards, contributing to effective sales tracking and recording.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 1 year of prior sales experience is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
