
Job Description
- Stay continuously updated on market trends and developments within the real estate industry, maintaining strong knowledge of all projects, products, and developers in Nawy’s portfolio.
- Provide professional consultation to clients by recommending properties, locations, and features that best align with their individual preferences and investment goals.
- Actively engage with prospective clients to support and facilitate their property purchase journey.
- Evaluate each client’s requirements, preferences, and financial capacity to deliver tailored and strategic property recommendations.
- Monitor and update the CRM system to reflect the accurate status of all ongoing deals, in compliance with company standards.
- Arrange and accompany clients on property tours to enhance their decision-making experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and developers throughout the contracting and negotiation process.
- Ensure all purchase agreements are executed according to policy, protecting the interests of both clients and developers.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients after closing, offering continued updates and insights on relevant projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales drive with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
