    Job Description

    • Stay continuously updated on market trends and developments within the real estate industry, maintaining strong knowledge of all projects, products, and developers in Nawy’s portfolio.
    • Provide professional consultation to clients by recommending properties, locations, and features that best align with their individual preferences and investment goals.
    • Actively engage with prospective clients to support and facilitate their property purchase journey.
    • Evaluate each client’s requirements, preferences, and financial capacity to deliver tailored and strategic property recommendations.
    • Monitor and update the CRM system to reflect the accurate status of all ongoing deals, in compliance with company standards.
    • Arrange and accompany clients on property tours to enhance their decision-making experience.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and developers throughout the contracting and negotiation process.
    • Ensure all purchase agreements are executed according to policy, protecting the interests of both clients and developers.
    • Maintain long-term relationships with clients after closing, offering continued updates and insights on relevant projects.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred).
    • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong sales drive with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
    • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining high professional standards.
