
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate annual QAV audits across all relevant departments (e.g., Imp A&B, Weld, Anti-co, CAMIC, Logistics).
- Conduct QAV audits in each workshop according to the pre-established schedule, ensuring that the actual processes and documentation align with standards.
- Prevent future issues by implementing horizontal deployment to confirm and validate the NMEG conditions based on requests from Japan.
- Follow up on audit findings by ensuring that non-conformances are addressed and closed in collaboration with the Manufacturing and Quality departments.
- Ensure compliance with Nissan engineering manuals across the NMEG plan by adhering to standard document architecture across all departments.
- Support and engage in regional and functional requirements (AMIEO Region), maintaining consistent communication with regional teams (India, UK, NSA).
- Maintain regular communication and meetings with the Japan CZ0 department to align on processes and updates.
- Provide monthly reports to both Japan and the AMIEO function, summarizing audit findings and progress.
- Utilize two online systems (Drive and AMS) to record non-conformances and ensure their closure after confirmation.
- Perform non-conformance validations across all workshops to ensure compliance.
Who We Are Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic to effectively communicate with local and global team members (including Japan and AMIEO).
- Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in auditing is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of quality management systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
