    What Will I Be Doing?

    As a Quality Manager, your key responsibilities will include the following tasks, all executed to the highest standards:

    • Develop and implement effective quality control systems and procedures throughout operations.
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
    • Prepare and present regular quality reports for management review.
    • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Update and maintain quality documentation, such as SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and compliance records.
    • Ensure full compliance with Hilton’s operational standards.
    • Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and streamline processes while minimizing supply chain costs.
    • Train team members on quality standards, best practices, and operational procedures.
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence throughout the organization.

    As a Quality Manager for Hilton brands, you will always work in the best interest of our guests and collaborate with other team members. To excel in this role, you should demonstrate the following:

    • 3-5 years of quality assurance experience in the hospitality industry.
    • Strong understanding of ISO standards and regulations.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and proprietary quality protocols.
    • Experience in conducting audits and preparing detailed quality reports.
