
Job Description:
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, driving upsell opportunities with existing clients, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Internet technologies and a successful background in solution-based sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Surpass monthly sales targets through proactive outbound sales efforts.
- Provide accurate forecasts based on realistic opportunity assessments.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline and maintain a strategic focus on opportunities.
- Meet internal performance metrics, including call volume, opportunity generation, and closed business.
- Qualify business leads by initiating outbound calls to senior management and probing to understand prospect needs.
- Leverage and manage customer information through a comprehensive CRM system.
- Ensure high productivity by promptly following up on all leads.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in sales, preferably with a solution-sales approach, within the high-tech or Internet technology sectors.
- Proven success in closing deals and managing a sales pipeline.
- Highly motivated, professional, and confident with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to engage with senior management, explain complex processes, and demonstrate Internet services over the phone.
- Some familiarity with Internet architecture, technology, or infrastructure is beneficial.
