Call Center Support (REMOTE )


    Requirements

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Clearly communicate any changes to the front office administration procedures, including telephone handling, processing, scheduling, and verification tasks.
    • Direct escalated calls to the correct department or personnel.
    • Address the nature of the calls and deliver the highest standard of patient care and support.
    • Schedule appointments based on availability and continuity of care, confirm insurance details, update patient demographics, and inform patients about required documentation for their visits.
    • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and strictly follow all HIPAA regulations and guidelines.
    • Handle a high volume of incoming calls.
    • Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

    Who You Are:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and address client frustrations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Able to apply logical reasoning and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
    • Capable of working independently, managing tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.

    Salary:

    • $17-$20/hour.
