Clearly communicate any changes to the front office administration procedures, including telephone handling, processing, scheduling, and verification tasks.
Direct escalated calls to the correct department or personnel.
Address the nature of the calls and deliver the highest standard of patient care and support.
Schedule appointments based on availability and continuity of care, confirm insurance details, update patient demographics, and inform patients about required documentation for their visits.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and strictly follow all HIPAA regulations and guidelines.
Handle a high volume of incoming calls.
Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
