
Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations (3rd Party Warehouses) – 60–70%
- Supervise finished goods inventory stored at third-party warehouses, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures.
- Administer the external warehouse portal, ensuring accurate tracking of stock movements and resolving any issues that arise.
- Act as the primary point of contact between PepsiCo and warehouse partners to maintain accurate stock levels and escalate problems when required.
- Verify logistics data for product movements.
- Partner with Planning and Customer Service teams to secure appropriate inventory levels.
- Drive corrective initiatives to eliminate stock inconsistencies.
3PM and Quality/Food Safety Support – 30–40%
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with third-party manufacturers, including processing requests, communicating quality standards, onboarding new suppliers, and maintaining contracts.
- Review and update contract pricing, and follow up on approval of release strategies.
- Lead all pricing regularization processes in coordination with COMAN, the French BU, and Finance.
- Take ownership of cost card management: preparation, updates, implementation, invoicing, and integration of new components or partnerships.
- Perform financial assessments and support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) cycle.
- Oversee supplier invoices and purchase order creation.
- Compile and deliver performance reports, including compliance with Quality and Food Safety (QFS) standards.
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in English and French (C1, written and spoken).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing stakeholders in FMCG operations with both internal and external partners.
- Proven track record (2+ years) in project management or engineering within FMCG.
- Strong ability to analyze data, define requirements, and apply metrics to drive process improvements.
- Solid financial background with knowledge of cost accounting and preparation of cost cards.
- Understanding of EU and local quality frameworks (training in PepsiCo Quality systems provided).
- Proficient in MRP tools (SAP preferred).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
