
Position Summary
At our core, this role is about creating memorable guest experiences—not just serving food and drinks. As a Guest Service Expert, you will deliver a variety of services to ensure every guest enjoys their time with us. This includes setting tables, coordinating with the kitchen, serving guests, and keeping work areas clean and organized. Every interaction should feel like part of the overall experience.

This is an active position that requires being on your feet for extended periods—standing, walking, or moving across different surfaces. You’ll need to read and manage menus, handle physical tasks (lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 25 lbs independently and up to 50 lbs with assistance), and perform movements such as bending, reaching, and stooping. Performing these tasks efficiently ensures excellent service for our guests and supports the success of the business.

- Work Experience: Up to 1 year of related experience (not required).
